Shipping Policy

 

We take pride in our customer service at Mio Amore (SFPL) which includes not only the quality of our products but also the reliability of delivery.  We make delivery to an address selected by the customer.

 

There is a certain category of Cakes which are available for next-day delivery. Some cake types require a 48-hour delivery time. The fastest delivery timing has been mentioned alongside each cake. The delivery can be scheduled for a future date as well. 

 

We charge a flat rate of Rs. 30/- per delivery for locations within the pincodes where our delivery facility is available. Customer can verify the delivery availability of his/her preferred pincode before making the payment. A customer will not be able to place the order for delivery location(s) which are not serviceable by SFPL.

 

We have 100% secured online payment options via debit/credit card, wallet, etc. as well.   

 

 In order to ensure our quality of service, we require that any cancellations or adjustments to your order be made at least 48 hours prior to your delivery

 

 

Please note:

 

·  All types of Cake deliveries can only be delivered between the hours of  11 AM and 4 PM. 

·  The delivery fee does not include TIP for the delivery person.

·  We make all efforts to adhere to the delivery slots selected by the customer however actual delivery may happen anytime within a range of 2 hours prior/post selected time.
